Margaret Anne Holloway, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and treasured friend, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, at the age of 75.
Born on August 22, 1950, in Fairview, Kentucky, Margaret lived a life centered on faith, family, and service to others. She dedicated more than three decades to nursing, where her compassion and gentle presence brought comfort to countless patients and families during their times of need.
Margaret was known for her warm heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering ability to make everyone feel at home. She found joy in family dinners, tending her flower garden, baking for holidays, and never missing an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of those she loved.
Above all else, Margaret treasured her family. She was a constant source of encouragement, wisdom, and strength, creating a legacy of love that will continue for generations.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William Holloway; her children, Jennifer Holloway and Michael Holloway; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Evelyn Carter, and her sister, Patricia Greene.
A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on March 21, 2026, at Grace Fellowship Church. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and share stories of the kindness and love she freely gave throughout her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local hospice organization in honor of Margaret's lifelong dedication to caring for others.
Margaret's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her life was a beautiful example of grace, generosity, and unconditional love.
